25 mg once daily for normal or mild renal impairment; dose adjustments required for moderate to severe renal impairment.

Administration

Oral administration with or without food.

Nasopharyngitis, headache, upper respiratory tract infection.

Precautions & warnings

Acute pancreatitis, hypersensitivity reactions, hepatic effects.
