Iron Polymaltose + Vitamin B Complex + Zinc syrup is used for treatment and prevention of Iron, Vitamin-B and Zinc deficiency, especially during pregnancy and lactation.

Indications
  • Iron, Vitamin-B and Zinc deficiency (especially during pregnancy and lactation)
Dosage

Adult Dose (Oral):

  • 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) twice daily

Child Dose (Oral):

  • 5 ml (1 teaspoonful) once or twice daily
  • Infants: 0.33 ml/kg body weight daily
Side effects

Side Effects:

  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Constipation
  • Diarrhea
Precautions & warnings

Precautions:

  • Caution in conditions where there is a risk of iron overload (hemochromatosis, thalassemia, haemosiderosis or haemolytic anaemia)
  • Iron chelates with tetracycline and absorption may be impaired
  • Lactation: Present in breast milk, use caution
