Balarista is an ayurvedic herbal tonic formulated with Sida cordifolia and Withania somnifera to boost physical strength, stamina, and muscle tone.
Indications
Physical debility, boosting strength and energy, improving muscle tone, supportive tonic for sportsmen and asthma patients, and post-fever weakness.
Pharmacology
Contains Sida cordifolia (source of ephedrine for CNS stimulation and bronchodilation) and Withania somnifera (adaptogen and tonic), along with various carminative and anti-inflammatory herbs.
Dosage
Adult (above 12 years): 1-2 teaspoonfuls (5-10 ml) three times a day.

Well tolerated within the recommended dose.
Use in pregnancy
It is not recommended during pregnancy.

Precautions & warnings
Exercise caution in hypertension, diabetes mellitus, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), cardiovascular diseases, and with other CNS stimulants.
