Pharmacology
β-Sitosterol promotes wound healing by supporting tissue regeneration and cell growth. The ointment base contains sesame oil, honey, amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins, and polysaccharides that aid the healing process.
Dosage
Apply a thin layer to the affected area 3–4 times daily or as directed by a physician.
Side effects
Generally well tolerated. Rare allergic reactions to sesame oil may occur.
Use in pregnancy
Use during pregnancy only if recommended by a healthcare professional.
Precautions & warnings
Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Seek medical attention if accidentally swallowed. Physical appearance may change during storage, especially in hot weather, without affecting efficac
