Dosage
Adults and Children 12 years+:
- Motion sickness: 25-50 mg (meclizine), 1 hour before travel; repeat every 24 hours if needed
- Vertigo: 25-100 mg daily in divided doses
- Radiation sickness: 50 mg, 2-12 hours prior to radiation treatment
- Pyridoxine: 50-200 mg/day
