Pharmacology

Hepatitis B Vaccine is a noninfectious recombinant DNA Hepatitis B vaccine. The HBsAg protein expressed in Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells is purified by several physicochemical steps and formulated as a suspension of the antigen adsorbed on aluminium hydroxide.
