ভিটামিন/খনিজ সম্পূরক কোন উপাদান একটি পরিচিত অতি সংবেদনশীলতা সঙ্গে রোগীদের. ভিটামিন এবং খনিজগুলি হেমাটোপয়েসিস সহ স্বাভাবিক বিপাকীয় ক্রিয়াকলাপের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয়। সূত্রের উপাদানগুলির উপর নির্ভর করে বিপাকীয় ফাংশনগুলির পাশাপাশি প্রোটিন এবং ডিএনএ সংশ্লেষণকে সমর্থন করতে পারে। প্রতিদিন 0.1 মিলিগ্রামের বেশি মাত্রায় ফলিক অ্যাসিড ক্ষতিকারক অ্যানিমিয়াকে অস্পষ্ট করতে পারে যে হেমাটোলজিকাল রিমিশন ঘটতে পারে যখন স্নায়বিক প্রকাশগুলি প্রগতিশীল থাকে। সাধারণত ভাল সহ্য করা হয়. তবে কিছু অ্যালার্জির প্রতিক্রিয়া দেখা যেতে পারে।

Mechanism of action
Vitamins and minerals are essential for normal metabolic functions including hematopoiesis. Depending on ingredients in the formulaiton may support metabolic functions as well as protein and DNA synthesis.
Side effects
Generally well tolerated. However, a few allergic reactions may be seen.
Precautions & warnings
Folic acid in doses above 0.1 mg daily may obscure pernicious anemia in that hematological remission can occur while neurological manifestations remain progressive.
Contraindications
Patients with a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
