Indications
  • Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)
Dosage

Adult Dose (Oral):

  • BPH: 5 grams pumpkin seed twice daily
  • Pumpkin seed oil or extract: 1-2 capsules/tablets 1-2 times daily
  • Pumpkin seed oil: 160 mg 1-3 times daily (in combination with saw palmetto and other ingredients)
