Dosage
Adult Dose:
- Tinea cruris corporis & cutaneous candidiasis: BID for 2 weeks
- Tinea versicolor: Once daily for 2 weeks
- Tinea pedis: BID for 4 weeks
Child Dose (≥2 years): BID for up to 1 month
