Dosage
Adult Dose (IV):
- Adjuvant breast cancer: 4 mg/kg over 90 minutes, then 2 mg/kg over 30 minutes weekly; one week after last weekly dose, 6 mg/kg every 3 weeks
- Metastatic breast cancer: 4 mg/kg over 90 minutes, then 2 mg/kg weekly
- Metastatic gastric cancer: 8 mg/kg over 90 minutes first cycle, then 6 mg/kg every 3 weeks
