• She got advanced training on Apheresis and Hemopoitic Stem Cell Collection and Cryopreservation from Kokilaben - Diruvai Ambani Hospital, Mumbai, India.
• Dr. Bepasha is experienced in working in various positions of Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College & Hospital (SSMCH), Osmani Medical College & Hospital, Sylhet, BSMMU in the Department of Medicine, and the Department of Transfusion Medicine.
• She is a member of the Asian Association of Blood Transfusion (ATAM) and the Blood Transfusion Society of Bangladesh (BTSB).
• Dr. Bepasha has actively participated in several Seminars organized by the Asian Association of Blood Transfusion, BTSB, and AABB.
• Accomplished ‘Thesis’ titled “Transfusion induced Allergic Reactions among the patients of Aplastic Anaemia” as well as has 10-publications.

• Previously, she was in BIRDEM General Hospital as Asst. Professor, Department of Transfusion Medicine & Clinical Haematology.
