About Doctor

Graduated from Sher-E- Bangle Medical college Barisal in 1988 and then served in Bangladesh Army from 1993 to 2022. She achieved Diploma in Child Health in 1998, FCPS(Paediatrics) in 2006 and fellowship on Paediatric Neurology in 2010. She was the first Paediatric Neurologist in Bangladesh Armed Forces and worked as Head of Paediatric Neurology at Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Dhaka Cantonment Bangladesh, from 2010 to 2021. She was the Founder of Child Development Center and Paediatric Neurology department at CMH Dhaka. She Provided multidisciplinary treatment of about 7500 patients, EEG evaluation of about 1000 patients/year. Brig. Gen. Prof.Dr. Anjuman Ara Beauty also achieved the position as Principal Rangpur Army Medical College from 2021 to 2022. She was Affiliated with Proyash, school of special education in Armed forces, as Chief Paediatric Neurologist and Academic faculty member since 2010. Her field of works are: Autism, Cerebral palsy, Childhood Epilepsy of all grade, Neurometabolic disorders, Neuro-muscular disorder, all form of developmental disorder.She is actively involved in Rapid Neuro Developmental Assessment (RNDA) and early intervention of all high-risk newborn to integrate them in the society. Under Bangladesh College of Physician & Surgeon, she is regular Examiner for FCPS Paediatric and Paediatric Neurology, supervisor of Dissertation and reviewer of BCPS Journal.
