Dr. Fazle Rabbi Mohammed obtained MBBS from Mymensingh Medical College. After accomplishment of tenure of comprehensive training in medicine at BSM Medical University & Dhaka Medical College Hospital, he obtained specialty training in Respiratory Medicine & completed his thesis in National Institute of Diseases of Chest & Hospital (NIDCH). He successfully completed MD on Respiratory Medicine from NIDCH under University of Dhaka. He completed postgraduation in Clinical Research in Oxford College, Toronto, Canada.
Dr. Rabbi developed mentionable expertise in Pulmonology especially in the field of Interstitial Lung Diseases. His clinical skills encompassed different fields of respiratory medicine including Bronchial Asthma, COPD, Lung Cancer, Tuberculosis, Pneumonia to name a few.
He has been trained in Interventional Pulmonology, Sleep Medicine and advanced Pulmonary Function Tests in different medical institutions of Italy and India. He worked as a clinical researcher in Respiratory ICU, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto, Canada. Interventional Pulmonology is a genre of special interest and efficiency for him. A good number of original articles have been published under his name in different international medical journals. He was awarded in different international seminars.
Dr. Fazle Rabbi persuaded his research work on occupational lung diseases & explored Silicosis outbreak in Bangladesh. He is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physician (FCCP) and member of the Asian Pacific Society of Respirology (APSR).
