Dr. Ferdous Kamal Bhuiyan is a Senior Consultant at Asgar Ali Hospital, Gandaria, Dhaka, practising in Nephrology.

• Dr. Md. Ferdous Kamal Bhuiyan obtained his MBBS degree from Dhaka Medical College in 1994.
• After completing his internship, he worked as a Medical Officer at the Medicine Unit of BIRDEM Hospital, Shahbagh, Dhaka for about 2 years and later on joined as Registrar of the Nephrology unit of the same institution and worked there till 2001.
• After that he joined the Govt. Service as an Assistant Surgeon at Kashiani Thana Health Complex of Gopalgonj District in May 2001.
• He obtained training in Medicine & Nephrology from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) and successfully completed MD degree of Nephrology in 2005 from BSMMU.
• Dr. Md. Ferdous Kamal Bhuiyan, after completion of MD (Nephrology) joined as Assistant Registrar, Department of Nephrology of Dhaka Medical College and after one year worked as Registrar of Nephrology Department in Dhaka Medical College till 2007.
• Then he was promoted to Assistant Professor of Nephrology and posted first to Dinajpur Medical College and then Mymensingh Medical College in 2007. Subsequently he was transferred to Dhaka Medical College and worked their till February 2016 (Eight Years) in the same post i.e. Assistant Professor of Nephrology. At last in February 2016, he was transferred to Barisal Sher-E-Bangla Medical College.
• Dr. Md. Ferdous Kamal Bhuiyan has 17 publications to his credit. He has attended national & internal seminars and conferences and presented scientific papers.
• He joined at Asgar Ali Hospital as Senior Consultant-Nephrology in August 2016.
