Extensive Clinical Experience: Over 40 years of dedicated service in oncology practice in Bangladesh, managing a wide spectrum of malignancies and also have comprehensive experience in Clinical oncology, including diagnosis, chemotherapy, Radiotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and multidisciplinary cancer management (Special interest in lung, Breast, Cervix, Head And neck, Gastrointestinal, genitourinary cancers and all other solid tumors).

Clinical Trials & Research Leadership: Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator in national and international clinical trials. Experience in protocol development and ethical research practice.

Administrative & Leadership Experience: Experience in leading oncology departments as a Principal and Vice Principal and Head of Department and Professor and Senior Consultant. Developing treatment protocols, and establishing quality cancer care services. Contributed to development of oncology units, chemotherapy protocols, and multidisciplinary tumor boards.
