• Dr. Md. Nur E Elahi obtained his MBBS from Sir Salimullah Medical College and completed his internship at Mitford Hospital. He pursued advanced surgical qualifications, earning MRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons (England) and FCPS from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS).
• To further enhance his surgical expertise, Dr. Elahi completed a Fellowship in Surgery at Seoul National University Hospital (SNUH), Korea, and was later awarded FACS by the American College of Surgeons (USA).
• A distinguished Hepatobiliary, Pancreatic & Liver Transplant Surgeon, Dr. Elahi has extensive experience in complex abdominal and liver surgeries. His clinical interests include liver and pancreatic tumour surgery, biliary reconstruction, and minimally invasive hepatobiliary procedures. Renowned for his precision and dedication, he is deeply committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to patients requiring complex hepatobiliary and transplant interventions.
• Before joining us, Dr. Elahi served as Associate Professor & Unit Chief at Bangladesh Medical University (formerly BSMMU), where he actively contributed to advanced hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgeries, liver transplantation programs, and the surgical education & training of postgraduate students.
