Graduated (MBBS) from Mymensingh Medical College, Mymensingh in 1998 Obtained FCPS in Surgery from Bangladesh College of Physicians & Surgeons (BCPS) in 2004, MRCSEd from Same Subject from Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK in 2008 and MS in Surgery from Dhaka University in 2014 Immediately after post-graduation he worked in Dhaka Medical College Hospital, Dhaka as registrar. Subsequently he served National Institute of Cancer Research and Hospital, Dhaka as Junior Consultant for three years and Assistant Professor for two years. At present he is serving in National Institute of Cancer Research and Hospital (NICR&H), Dhaka as associate professor since 2020.
