Dr. Mohammad Israt Faisal graduated from Rangpur Medical College with an excellent academic record in the professional examinations. He started his career as a lecturer of anatomy and later joined the BCS Health cadre. He completed his postgraduate training in Rajshahi Medical College and obtained FCPS from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS).

His professional history includes positions such as resident surgeon and consultant at a government hospital, as well as specialist surgeon at a reputed private hospital helped him to gain experience in performing elective and emergency surgery, pre- and post-operative patient care.
