Mr. Perpetuo Dela Cruz is a certified physiotherapist and fitness trainer with over 27 years of experience. He is from the Philippines and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Fatima University in Manila. Upon graduation, he practiced physiotherapy in Manila for several years. During this tenure, he earned certifications on fitness, including one-on-one personal training certification under Fitness First, UK. In 2008, he moved to Dhaka and began to work as a freelance consultant through referrals for the British High Commission Clinic, followed by icddr,b, Chevron Bangladesh, and the US Embassy Clinic. His latest engagement in Bangladesh was with Acme Pharmaceuticals, where he served as Executive Physiotherapist under the medical department. He has also worked with numerous clients in Dhaka with weight loss and overall fitness. Mr. Dela Cruz lives in Dhaka with his wife and youngest child and loves the local culture, people, and mostly the food – bhapa pitha is his favorite.
