Dr. S. Faisal Ahmed

Dr. S. Faisal Ahmed is presently a consultant in Bangladesh Eye Hospital. He was born in Khulna and his early education was in Barisal cadet college up to HSC. He completed his MBBS from Dhaka Medical College in 2005. He got Diploma in Ophthalmology in 2012 under BSMMU. He obtained his Fellowship (FCPS) in Ophthalmology in the year 2018 and Membership (MCPS) in 2017 from Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons.

He has done post-graduate fellowship in Cataract Surgery and Paediatric Ophthalmology in National Institute of Ophthalmology (NIO&H).

On use of Advanced technology in Glaucoma treatment, Phaco surgery and all types of LASER treatment.

Feroza Jalil Memorial Award in 2016 from OSB (Ophthalmological Society of Bangladesh)
