She completed her MBBS from Mymensingh
Medical College under the University of Dhaka. To strengthen her expertise in
women's healthcare, she earned FCPS (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) from the
Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS).She further specialized by
obtaining FACS from American College of Surgeons. In addition, she holds CCD ( BIRDEM) enabling her to manage Diabetic
patients in Obstetric and Gynecological practice.
Dr. Samira Areen provides comprehensive
care for women with both routine and complex gynecological and obstetric
conditions. She has extensive experience in managing high-risk pregnancies like
gestational diabetes, pregnancy-induced hypertension, recurrent pregnancy loss,
Thyroid disorders in pregnancy, Bleeding during pregnancy and multiple
pregnancies. Her goal is to ensure the good health and safety of both mother
and baby through timely diagnosis, continuous monitoring, and personalized
