Nazmun Nahar Swarna

Nazmun Nahar Swarna is a Counselling Psychologist at the Counselling Center of Evercare Hospital Chattogram. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Educational Psychology, both from the University of Dhaka. She has provided counselling services to a diverse range of clients, including school, college, and university students, as well as individuals facing psychological challenges. She specialises in individual and group psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness Meditation, Problem-Solving Skills Training, Nonviolent Resistance (NVR), and Eclectic Therapy. She has experience helping clients manage anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, relationship issues, adjustment difficulties, attachment disorders, and children's behavioural challenges.
