Prof. Dr. A.B.M Bayezid Hossain graduated from Rajshahi Medical College in May 1985. He joined in Govt. service as Assistant Surgeon in service trainee (IST) at Rajshahi Medical College in 1985 and was trained overseas in Hepatobillary & Pancreatic, Laparoscopic Surgery as the fellow of the Department of Surgery. Also trained as clinical fellow in Vascular Surgery, National University Hospital, Singapore. He obtained FCPS degree in General Surgery from Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1996 January. Prof. Dr. A.B.M Bayezid Hossain worked with Green Life Medical College for over 18 years in various capacities and lastly held the position of Principal, Professor & Head, Department of Surgery. He had around 20 publications in his credit in National and International journals and had collaboration. He works as Professor & Head of Surgery Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College, Rajshahi Medical College, Sir Salimullah Medical College and Dhaka Medical College & Hospital and later in Green Life Medical College for last 15 years as Professor of Surgery and conducted professional exams as Examiner of Dhaka University & Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons.
