Prof. Dr. Mohammad Mahbubur Rahman

MS (Vascular Surgery ), Ph.D, Professor -

Professor Dr. Mohammad Mahbubur Rahman Completed MBBS from Chittagong Medical College in1980. He did MS and Ph.D in Vascular Surgery from Tashkent Medical Institute (ex USSR), in the year 1988. After completing Ph.D, he has been awarded Post Doctoral Fellowship in Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, USA and Albany Medical Center, New York, USA. He worked in National Institute of Cardiovascular Disease, Dhaka in various positions till year 2003. He joined as Associate Professor of Vascular Surgery in 2003 at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University. He was appointed as Professor of Vascular Surgery in 2006 and he founded department of Vascular Surgery in the University. Later on established M.S in Vascular Surgery, for the first time in Bangladesh. At present, Professor Mahbubur Rahman is working as Professor of Vascular Surgery in Green Life Medical Hospital. He has more than 30 (thirty) national and international publications. He attended many national and international conferences in Vascular Surgery. He has done many endovascular procedures and performed many operations and non-interventional and interventional procedures.
