Prof. Dr. Nurun Nahar Chowdhury

Professor. Dr. Nurun Nahar Chowdhury is Professor and Head, Department of Psychiatry in Green Life Medical College. She obtained her MBBS In 1999 from Bangladesh Medical College under Dhaka University. Post-graduated and M.PHIL (Psychiatry) in 2007 under BSMMU. She also obtained a MPH degree on Public Health from NIPSOM on 2010. Under DU Besides she had a Fellowship of IGPI from Kerala, India. She served as Assistant Professor of psychiatry in Jahirul Islam Medical College and Institute of Community Mental Health and Dhaka Monorog Clinic (Pvt) Ltd. She was executive Counselor member of Bangladesh Association of Psychiatrists (BAP) and BACAMH (Bangladesh Association of Child Adolescent Mantel Health). She had 21 Publications on many journals. She has comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Psychiatry (Child, Adult, Addiction, Geriatric Psychotherapy )
