Professor Dr. Brig. Gen. Mohammad Shafiqul Alam SPP

Prof. Dr. Brig. Gen. Mohammad Shafiqul Alam SPP is a highly experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon and specialist in joint surgeries, with extensive expertise in arthroscopy and arthroplasty. He completed his MBBS and MS in Orthopaedics from the National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation (NITOR). Dr. Mohammad Shafiqul Alam has completed advanced fellowships and training in Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty in Turkey, Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy in France and Germany, as well as a fellowship in Arthroscopy in Korea. He has also participated in the SAARC Arthroplasty Course in India and completed the AO Trauma Course.

Dr. Mohammad Shafiqul Alam is a recognized specialist in knee, hip, and shoulder joint surgeries. He serves as a Professor of Orthopaedics at Armed Forces Medical College, Dhaka Cantt, and holds the position of Classified Orthopaedic, Trauma, Arthroscopy, and Arthroplasty Surgeon at Combined Military Hospital (CMH), Dhaka. His contributions in clinical practice and medical education have made him a leading figure in orthopaedic surgery in Bangladesh.
