Dr. Shafiqur Rahman

Dr. Shafiqur Rahman completed his MBBS from Rangpur Medical College in 2004. Then he completed his residency training in ophthalmology from Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute & Hospital in 2009. Acquired his Diploma in Ophthalmology (DO) from National Institute of Ophthalmology under Dhaka University in 2011. During 2012-13 he completed his longterm fellowship in Retina and Vitreous from Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute & Hospital. In 2016 he received ROP(Retinopethy of Prematurity ) training from LVPEI, Hyderabad, India under world famous ROP speacialist Dr. Subhadra Jalali. He was trained by famous Retina speacialist Dr. Md. Mostafizur Rahman.He has served Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute & Hospital for 10 years. He has done more than 2000 retina surgery till now from the beginning of his career.
