ওরাল ডিসমেনোরিয়া, গ্যাস্ট্রোইনটেস্টাইনাল ট্র্যাক্টের খিঁচুনি: 60-120 মিলিগ্রাম প্রতিদিন 1-3 বার। গর্ভাবস্থা, স্তন্যদান। অ্যালভারিন হল একটি সিন্থেটিক, অ-মাদক, নন-হ্যাবিট-ফর্মিং স্পাসমোলাইটিক এজেন্ট, যা সরাসরি অন্ত্র এবং জরায়ুর মসৃণ পেশীতে কাজ করে। ওরাল ডিসমেনোরিয়া, গ্যাস্ট্রোইনটেস্টাইনাল ট্র্যাক্টের খিঁচুনি শিশু: >12 বছর: 60-120 মিগ্রা প্রতিদিন 1-3 বার। ডিসমেনোরিয়া, গ্যাস্ট্রোইনটেস্টাইনাল ট্র্যাক্টের খিঁচুনি, ইরিটেবল বাওয়েল সিন্ড্রোম, ডাইভার্টিকুলার রোগ বমি বমি ভাব, মাথাব্যথা; pruritus, ফুসকুড়ি; মাথা ঘোরা; এলার্জি প্রতিক্রিয়া. সম্ভাব্য মারাত্মক: অ্যানাফিল্যাক্সিস। অত্যধিক সংবেদনশীলতা, অন্ত্রের বাধা, পক্ষাঘাতমূলক ileus; শিশু <12 বছর।
Indications
Oral Dysmenorrhoea, Gastrointestinal tract spasm Adult: 60-120 mg 1-3 times daily.
Dosage
Adult Dose: Pregnancy, lactation. Renal Dose: Alverine is a synthetic, non-narcotic, nonhabit-forming spasmolytic agent, which acts directly on intestinal and uterine smooth muscle.
Precautions & warnings
Dysmenorrhoea, Gastrointestinal tract spasm, Irritable bowel syndrome, Diverticular disease
Contraindications
Oral Dysmenorrhoea, Gastrointestinal tract spasm Child: >12 yr: 60-120 mg 1-3 times daily.
Drug interactions
Hypersensitivity, intestinal obstruction, paralytic ileus; children <12 yr.
Use in pregnancy
Nausea, headache; pruritus, rash; dizziness; allergic reactions. Potentially Fatal: Anaphylaxis.
Renal / hepatic impairment
