Pharmacology
Relaxes smooth muscle in the gut and uterus, preventing spasms associated with IBS and dysmenorrhea.
Dosage
Adult: Orally: 60-120 mg 1-3 times daily.
Side effects
Nausea, headache, dizziness, itching, rash, and allergic reactions.
Use in pregnancy
Not recommended during pregnancy due to limited safety evidence.

Precautions & warnings
