Vitamin D3 enhances intestinal calcium absorption and stimulates bone formation. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that plays a vital role in fighting infections.
Mechanism of action
Calcium helps maintain bone mineralization and density. Vitamin D3 increases absorption of calcium and phosphate from the intestine. Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant and aids in collagen synthesis. The combined action of these three components ensures bone health, immunity and overall wellness.
Dosage
Adults and adolescents: 1 tablet daily. Children: 1/2 tablet daily. Or as directed by the physician.

Tetracyclines, doxycycline, oxytetracycline, quinolone antibiotics: calcium reduces absorption - maintain at least 4 hours gap. Levothyroxine, bisphosphonates, sodium fluoride, iron: calcium reduces absorption - maintain gap. Phenytoin, barbiturates reduce vitamin D effect.
