Pharmacology
Carmellose Sodium is a lubricant that forms a protective and moisturizing film on the ocular surface, similar to natural tears. It helps relieve dryness, irritation, and discomfort of the eye and keeps the ocular surface hydrated.
Mechanism of action
Carmellose Sodium forms a lubricating film on the ocular surface that mimics natural tears, keeping the eye moist and protecting it from dryness and irritation.
Dosage
Adults: Instill 1-2 drops in the affected eye(s) 4 times a day or as often as needed.
Note: Use immediately after opening the single-dose container. Wash hands before use.
Administration
For ophthalmic use only. Do not let the open end of the single-dose container touch your eye or anything else (to avoid contamination). Wash hands before use. Use immediately after opening. Contact lenses do not need to be removed.
Missed dose
If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next dose. Do not double the dose.

Precautions & warnings
- For ophthalmic use only.
- Do not let the open end of the single-dose container touch your eye or anything else.
- If irritation, pain, redness, or changes in vision occur, or if your condition worsens, stop use and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
- If using other eye drops, leave at least 15 minutes between applications.

- Hypersensitivity to carmellose sodium or any other ingredients
