Pharmacology

Mechanism of action
Dotinurad inhibits urate transporter 1 (URAT1), reducing uric acid reabsorption in the kidneys, which helps lower serum uric acid levels.
Dosage
Adult Dose: For gout or hyperuricemia, 0.5 mg to 2 mg orally once daily. Dose is adjusted based on uric acid levels.
Administration
Tablet for oral use. Take in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.
Missed dose
If you miss a dose of Dotinurad, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule.
