Pharmacology
Dotinurad inhibits urate transporter 1 (URAT1), reducing uric acid reabsorption and lowering uric acid levels.
Dosage
Adult Dose: For gout or hyperuricemia, 0.5 mg to 2 mg orally once daily. Dose is adjusted based on uric acid levels.
