Fennel + Fenugreek + Cumin + Aniseed + Cumin + Dill Powder

This capsule is indicated for increased breast milk production in lactating mothers. Each capsule contains: Fennel extract 83.33 mg, Fenugreek extract 83.33 mg, Cumin powder 83.33 mg, Cumin extract 83.33 mg, Dill Powder 16.67 mg, and Aniseed extract 16.67 mg.

Fenugreek extract stimulates the body's own prolactin production, so that breast milk production is stimulated. Fennel extract supports milk production and helps against flatulence in babies. Cumin contains active ingredients such as carvone and terpenes, which can stimulate milk flow.

Adult Dose:

• 1 capsule 3 times daily after meal or as directed by physician.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. It is better to take it after meals.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible; however, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose.

Common Side Effects:

• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Gas
• Diarrhea
• Urine smells like maple syrup

Precautions:

• Fenugreek is in the same family with peanuts and chickpeas; may cause allergic reaction.
• Fenugreek reduces blood glucose levels and cholesterol; dosages higher than recommended may result in hypoglycemia.
• Diabetic mothers should use only if blood glucose is well controlled.
• Mothers with hypoglycemia should use with caution.

Drug Interactions:

• Glipizide and other antidiabetic drugs: Reduces blood glucose; may enhance effects.
• Insulin: Reduces blood glucose; insulin dosage may need adjustment.
• Heparin, Warfarin, Ticlopidine: May increase risk of bleeding.

Food Interactions: May be taken with or without food.

Use in Pregnancy: Ingredients can induce unintentional labor; should not be used in pregnant mothers.

Use in Lactation: Indicated for increased milk production in lactating mothers; use under medical advice.

Pediatric Use: Not indicated for children.

Geriatric Use: Not indicated for elderly.

Renal Impairment: Safe for patients with kidney disease.

Hepatic Impairment: Safe for patients with liver disease.

Overdose: Overdose may cause nausea, vomiting, gas, diarrhea; symptomatic treatment.
