Indications
- Increased Breast Milk Production: Used for increasing milk production in lactating mothers.
Pharmacology
Fenugreek extract stimulates the body's own prolactin production, so that breast milk production is stimulated. Fennel extract supports milk production and helps against flatulence in babies. Cumin contains active ingredients such as carvone and terpenes, which can stimulate milk flow. Dill powder can reduce the risk of inflammation of the mammary glands. Aniseed extract promotes the stimulation of milk production.
Dosage
Adult Dose:
- 1 capsule 3 times daily after meal or as directed by physician.

Precautions & warnings
Precautions:
- Fenugreek is in the same family with peanuts and chickpeas; may cause allergic reaction.
- Fenugreek reduces blood glucose levels and cholesterol; dosages higher than recommended may result in hypoglycemia.
- Diabetic mothers should use only if blood glucose is well controlled.
- Mothers with hypoglycemia should use with caution.
Overdose effects
Overdose: Overdose may cause nausea, vomiting, gas, diarrhea; symptomatic treatment.

Storage: Store at cool and dry place below 25 degree C, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
