Description
OHC is a microcrystalline form of calcium that contains calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc and proteins like osteocalcin and type I collagen. Pharmacology
Ossein Hydroxyapatite helps maintain bone mineral density and stimulates bone metabolism, especially when osteoblast activity is reduced. Proteins (osteocalcin and type I collagen) aid in bone formation and remodeling.

Dosage
Adult Dose (Oral):
- 830 mg tablet: 2 tablets twice daily (712 mg elemental calcium daily)
Administration
- Swallow tablet whole
- Take at the same time each day
- Best taken with food
Missed dose
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember; skip if it's almost time for next dose; do not double the dose.
