Description
French maritime pine bark extract, rich in proanthocyanidins, has significant antioxidant activity. It prevents LDL cholesterol oxidation, protects DNA from free-radical damage, prevents stress-related blood clotting, increases nitric oxide synthesis leading to vasodilation, has profound anti-inflammatory activity, protects skin from sun damage, improves wound healing, boosts immune system function, and lowers blood sugar.

Pharmacology
Proanthocyanidins prevent LDL cholesterol oxidation, protect DNA from free-radical damage, prevent stress-related blood clotting without increasing bleeding risk, increase nitric oxide synthesis leading to vasodilation, have profound anti-inflammatory activity, protect skin from sun damage, improve wound healing, boost immune system function, and lower blood sugar.

Prevents and treats diseases through potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and vasodilatory effects.
Dosage
Adult Dose (Oral):
- General dose: 50 mg twice daily with meals for 2-3 months
- Hypertension/circulation impairment: 50 mg twice daily
- Diabetes: 50 mg twice daily
- Retinopathy: 50 mg 2-3 times daily
- Asthma: 50 mg twice daily
- Allergies: 50 mg twice daily
- Anti-inflammatory: 50 mg 1-2 times daily
- Osteoarthritis: 50 mg twice daily
- Dysmenorrhea/Endometriosis: 50 mg 1-2 times daily
- Edema (venous insufficiency): 50 mg once daily for 2-4 weeks; advanced: 50 mg 2-3 times daily
- Antioxidant: 50 mg once daily
Administration
- Take with meals (to avoid gastric upset)
- Follow the prescribed dose
- Long-term use is acceptable
Missed dose
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember; skip if it's almost time for next dose; do not double the dose.
