Description

Pharmacology

Dosage
Adult Dose (IM):
- Gonorrhea: 2 g (4 mL) intramuscular single dose
- Severe infections: 4 g (8 mL) intramuscular single dose
Pediatric Dose (IM):
- Gonorrhea: 40 mg/kg (max 2 g) intramuscular single dose
Administration
- Deep intramuscular injection (gluteal muscle)
- Use immediately after reconstitution
