Description
This combination contains four different testosterone esters with varying onset and duration of action. Testosterone propionate provides rapid onset, phenylpropionate medium, isocaproate longer, and decanoate the longest duration. This ensures both rapid increase and sustained maintenance of testosterone levels.

Pharmacology
Testosterone is the principal endogenous androgen responsible for male sexual organ growth and development and maintenance of secondary sex characteristics. This combination of esters provides sustained release, maintaining stable testosterone levels over an extended period after injection.
Mechanism of action
Replenishes male hormone deficiency and maintains long-term stable levels.
Dosage
Adult Dose (IM):
- Deep IM injection: 1 ml typically every 1-4 weeks
- Dose based on medical condition, testosterone blood levels, and response

Side effects
Common Side Effects:

- Caution in cardiovascular disorders, skeletal metastases, renal/hepatic impairment
- Caution in epilepsy, migraine, diabetes, or fluid retention-exacerbating conditions
- Caution in elderly and prepubertal boys
- Monitor for virilization (females) and priapism/excessive sexual stimulation (males)
Contraindications
- Hypercalcemia or hypercalciuria
- Men with breast or prostate carcinoma
- Pregnancy and lactation

- Cyclosporine, antidiabetics, thyroxine, anticoagulants: Enhanced activity
- Neuromuscular blockers: Long-term use may cause resistance
