Side effects
Common side effects: Injection site inflammation (redness, swelling, pain), flushing, increased sweating, fever, chills, nausea, vomiting.
Serious (rare): Folic acid deficiency, metabolic disorders, liver damage, electrolyte imbalance, allergic reactions.
