Dosage

Adults: Apply a thin film to affected skin areas twice daily. Limit treatment to less than 45g per week. Duration of therapy varies depending upon the extent and location of disease and patient response. If clinical improvement is not achieved by 3-4 weeks, diagnosis should be reviewed.

Serious (on large burned areas or prolonged use): Ototoxicity, nephrotoxicity (especially in renal insufficiency or with other ototoxic/nephrotoxic drugs)

Precautions & warnings
  • Large amount use or long-term occlusive dressing therapy may cause systemic steroid effects
  • If severe irritation or allergy occurs, discontinue use
  • Do not use in the eyes
  • Discontinue use if no improvement or condition worsens
  • Caution during pregnancy and lactation
  • Avoid prolonged use without medical advice
