Amorolfine Hydrochloride is a topical antifungal cream indicated for various tinea infections and pityriasis versicolor.
Indications
Tinea pedis, Tinea cruris, Tinea inguinalis, Tinea corporis, Tinea manuum, Pityriasis versicolor.
Pharmacology
Inhibits fungal enzymes D14 reductase and D7-D8 isomerase, depleting ergosterol and disrupting cell membrane.
Dosage
Applied to affected skin areas once daily in the evening after cleansing for 2-3 weeks, or up to 6 weeks for foot mycoses.
Side effects
Adverse skin reactions are rare and mostly mild.
Use in pregnancy
Should not be used during pregnancy unless clearly necessary.

Precautions & warnings
Avoid contact with eyes, ears, and mucous membranes. Stop immediately if allergic reaction occurs.
Overdose effects
In case of accidental oral ingestion, perform gastric emptying.
