Cyclosporine Eye prep is an immunosuppressant used for the treatment of keratoconjunctivitis sicca (dry eye disease) and to prevent organ rejection after liver, kidney or heart transplant.
Indications
- Keratoconjunctivitis sicca (dry eye disease)
- Prevention of organ rejection in transplant patients
- Rheumatoid arthritis
- Psoriasis
Dosage
Adult - Keratoconjunctivitis Sicca: 1 drop twice daily approximately 12 hours apart in each eye. May be used with artificial tears; allow 15-minute interval between products.
Child (16 years & above): Keratoconjunctivitis Sicca: 1 drop twice daily approximately 12 hours apart in each eye.

Precautions & warnings
- Increased risk of infections due to weakened immune system.
- Increased risk of skin cancer; limit exposure to sunlight.
- May affect your ability to drive.
- Regular blood tests are required to monitor blood pressure, liver and kidney function.
- Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.
