Sofosbuvir + Daclatasvir is a combination antiviral medication used for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus infection. Sofosbuvir inhibits NS5B polymerase and Daclatasvir inhibits NS5A protein to stop viral replication.

Pharmacology
Sofosbuvir is converted intracellularly to the active metabolite GS-461203, which inhibits HCV NS5B polymerase and terminates viral RNA chains. Daclatasvir inhibits HCV NS5A protein to prevent viral RNA replication and protein translation. This combination blocks multiple stages of the HCV replication cycle.
Dosage
Adult Dose (Oral):
- Sofosbuvir 400 mg + Daclatasvir (dose determined by doctor) once daily
- Can be taken with or without food
- Treatment duration depends on viral genotype and patient condition
