Dosage
Adult Dose:
- Extended-release capsule: 4 mg once daily; may lower to 2 mg once daily
- Film-coated tablet: 2 mg twice daily
- Significantly reduced hepatic or renal function: 1 mg twice daily or 2 mg once daily
- CYP3A4 inhibitors: 2 mg once daily

- Dry mouth
- Headache
- Constipation
- Abdominal pain
- Abnormal vision
- Urinary retention
- Dry eyes
Precautions & warnings
- Caution in bladder outflow obstruction
- Caution in gastrointestinal obstructive disorders
- Caution in narrow-angle glaucoma
- Caution in QT prolongation
- May cause blurred vision, dizziness, or drowsiness
