Calcium Dobesilate 4% + Lidocaine 2% + Dexamethasone Acetate 0.025% Rectal Ointment is a combination preparation used in the treatment of internal and external hemorrhoids, anal pruritus, anal eczema, anitis, perianitis, acute hemorrhoidal thrombosis, anal fissure, and pre- and postoperative treatment in cases of hemorrhoidectomy.
Indications

Dosage
Adults: Apply 2-3 times daily. Apply in the morning and bedtime, and if possible after defecation.
Internal hemorrhoids: Use the applicator to insert as deep as possible into the anus and squeeze the tube to apply the ointment.
External hemorrhoids or anal pruritus: Apply a thin layer of the ointment several times a day.
Treatment duration: Generally a few days. Inform your doctor if symptoms have not improved or worsened after 1-2 weeks of treatment.
Renal insufficiency: Do not use for longer periods; avoid long-lasting treatments.
Side effects
Very rare side effects:
• Modifications of intestinal transit
• Temporary burning sensation
• Local pain
• Hypersensitivity reactions (with skin reactions and/or fever)
These reactions may be of allergic origin and treatment must be discontinued in such cases.
Precautions & warnings
- In case of renal insufficiency, do not use for longer periods; avoid long-lasting treatments.
- If allergic reactions (skin reactions, fever) occur, discontinue treatment and inform your doctor.
- Caution during pregnancy and lactation.
