Azelastine + Fluticasone Propionate Nasal prep is a combination medicine used for the treatment of allergy symptoms such as runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes and nasal congestion.
Indications
- Seasonal allergic rhinitis in patients 6 years of age and older
Dosage
Adult: 1 spray each nostril twice daily.
Pediatric (6 years and older): 1 spray each nostril twice daily.
Important: The doctor will determine the duration and dosage. Dose may be adjusted as needed.
Side effects
- Dysgeusia (metallic taste)
- Headache
- Epistaxis (nosebleeds)
Precautions & warnings
- Caution when driving or operating machinery (may cause drowsiness or dizziness)
- Avoid alcohol or other CNS depressants
- Inform your doctor if you have infection, injury, or ulceration inside the nose
- Do not share the bottle with others
