ছত্রাকের কেরাটাইটিস, ছত্রাকের চোখের সংক্রমণ চক্ষু সংক্রান্ত: এটি প্রতিদিন প্রতি 4 ঘন্টা অন্তর কনজেক্টিভাল থলিতে পাতলা এবং সমানভাবে প্রয়োগ করা উচিত অতি সংবেদনশীলতা ক্লোট্রিমাজোল হল একটি ব্রড-স্পেকট্রাম অ্যান্টিফাঙ্গাল যা কোষের ঝিল্লিতে ফসফোলিপিডের সাথে আবদ্ধ হয়ে কোষের প্রাচীরের ব্যাপ্তিযোগ্যতা পরিবর্তন করে যার ফলে প্রয়োজনীয় অন্তঃকোষীয় উপাদানগুলির ক্ষতি হয়। শিশু <3 বছর। গর্ভাবস্থা, স্তন্যদান। যদি স্থানীয় অসহিষ্ণুতা বিকশিত হয়, তাহলে ওষুধ প্রত্যাহার এবং উপযুক্ত থেরাপির প্রতিষ্ঠান বিবেচনা করুন। এই ড্রাগ সাধারণত ভাল সহ্য করা হয়। পলিইন অ্যান্টিবায়োটিকের সাথে বৈরিতা।

Mechanism of action
Clotrimazole is a broad-spectrum antifungal which binds to phospholipids in the cell membrane altering cell wall permeability causing a loss in essential intracellular elements.
Dosage
Adult Dose: Opthalmic: It should be applied thinly and evenly to the conjunctival sac every 4 hours daily
Side effects
This drug is generally well tolerated.
Precautions & warnings
Childn <3 yrs. Pregnancy, lactation.If local intolerance develops, consider withdrawal of the medicine and institution of appropriate therapy.
