Jirakaddarista is a classical combination preparation with carminative, immune enhancing and nutritive properties, used for loss of appetite, dyspeptic complaints such as mild spastic condition of the GIT, bloating and flatulence.
Indications
- Digestive disturbances (indigestion, flatulence, abdominal colic)
- Diarrhea
- Loss of appetite
Dosage
Adult Dose (Oral):
- As advised by the physician
Child Dose (Oral):
- 1/2-1 teaspoonfuls (2.5-5 ml) 2-3 times per day
Side effects
Gastrointestinal: Heartburn, nausea, diarrhea
Hypoglycemic: Low blood sugar effects
Allergic: Rashes, itching, respiratory distress
CNS: Drowsiness, dizziness, headaches
