Chlorhexidine Gluconate + Isopropyl Alcohol Hand Rub is a rapid acting wide spectrum microbicidal preparation used for disinfecting hands of doctors, nurses and personnel, disinfecting surgical instruments, disinfecting skin prior to surgery, and disinfecting wound dressings.
Indications
- Hand disinfection (Doctors, Nurses & Personnel)
- Surgical instrument disinfection
- Pre-surgical skin disinfection
- Wound dressing disinfection
- Cleaning contaminated materials
Dosage
Hand disinfection: Take approximately 3 ml on hand and scrub the entire surface of both hands until dry.
Surgical instrument disinfection: Take approximately 5 ml in a clean pot and immerse instruments for 2 minutes.
Skin disinfection (pre-surgery): Take approximately 3 ml with cotton and scrub on the skin until dry.
Wound/wound dressing disinfection: Take approximately 3 ml with cotton and scrub on the wound until dry.

- Tooth discoloration (with oral use)
- Eye problems (with direct contact)
Precautions & warnings
- Avoid contact with brain, meninges, middle ear or sensitive tissues and eyes.
- Do not inject or use in body cavities.
- Incompatible with soaps and other anionic agents.
